On Friday, she shocked fans with a video for her single Bon Appetit featuring rap group Migos, which shows a nearly-naked Katy being covered in flour while a group of male chefs knead her body like pizza dough.
While talking to KIIS-FM about the music video on the red carpet, Perry said, ‘It’s purposeful pop for sure but it’s not just one thing that’s purposeful.

Katy especially stood out on the red carpet in her yellow dress since the fashion theme of the night appeared to be black and white outfits with Halsey, Camilla Cabello, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Corinne Olympios and Olivia Holt all sticking to the simple color scheme.

‘Love this! Sounds like you just pulled up to liberation station,’ she tweeted.
Miley replied saying ‘Yaaaaaaaaas!’ and included the emoji’s for ocean waves.
Other acts that performed at the show include Niall Horan, Maroon 5, the Backstreet Boys, Hailee Steinfeld and Camila Cabello.

The Cyrus family was celebrating the birthday of matriarch Tish, one day before Mother’s Day.
