Exciting news – Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot is pregnant! The actress announced via Instagram that she and her husband Yaron Versano are expecting their second child together. In an adorable mirror selfie, the couple can be seen joining hands over Gadot’s growing belly, with the caption reading: “So excited to share this wonder with you… #mommyforthesecondtime.”
Versano and Gadot became proud parents to their firstborn, Alma, in 2011. During an interview with Ellen DeGeneres in March, Gadot shared how her daughter reacted to her role as Wonder Woman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and the upcoming standalone film.
On several occasions, my daughter visited me while I was on set. There was one time when I was dressed in the Wonder Woman costume and she asked me a question. She wanted to know if I was a queen because I was wearing a tiara and if that would make her a princess. I had to explain to her that it was just dress-up and we were playing pretend.

Gadot is eagerly looking forward to the release of her much-awaited Wonder Woman movie next year, as she sees it as an opportunity to inspire her daughter and other young girls. She mentioned how boys have always had Batman, Superman, and Spider-Man to look up to, while girls have been limited to princesses. With a female hero now taking center stage, Gadot believes young girls will have a positive role model to emulate.
