The singer fits in quick HIIT workouts on her busiest days.
Dua Lipa is completely crushing it on tour, and she just shared an epic BTS pH๏to dump on how things are going while she makes her way through the United Kingdom. And she is looking so fit and happy!
“The UK so far…💖,” she captioned the series of sH๏ts. There’s the “Levitating” singer posing a pink velour outfit with matching bicep-length gloves, another snapsH๏t in a sparkling catsuit, and one in a bra top with a matching miniskirt that put her seriously toned abs, legs, and arms on full display. Oh, and she’s also wearing some sheer fishnets that just totally complete the outfit. Dua truly looks like she’s having the time of her life.
People were all over the singer’s fantastic tour looks in the comments. “So damn beautiful! ❤️” said one fan, while another called her “the 🐐.” I have to say that I agree with them there.
While Dua gets plenty of cardio while onstage, she’s made it clear that she works hard when she’s not performing to get her muscles super toned. Dua is big into yoga, and she’s got some serious skills.
She shared a video on her Instagram Story of herself completely crushing the crow pose before moving into a headstand and back again like it was NBD.
Dua also likes to focus on strength training, one of her trainers, Sora Connor, previously told Women’s Health. “We always work the entire body,” she said. “Sometimes it’s more core-focused, other times it’s glutes. The main objective is to work the muscles so that they become strong and toned but the focus is on creating a long, lean line.”
Peter MacIver, who used to train with Dua three to four times per week, told Women’s Health UK that they would do things like sprints, bodyweight workouts, and training with resistance bands.
“I try and work out as much as I can,” Dua told Viva. “It’s such a busy lifestyle I feel like I need to try and do something for myself every day.”
Dua said she loves doing something “that’s really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day.” And, if she has to be up really early, she’ll do “a high-intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I’m on my way.”
When she’s got time to spare, though, she likes to cycle through different workouts like yoga, Pilates, boxing, or spinning. “Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting,” Dua said.
